In this session, we will define trust and how it impacts us individually, as a team, and as an organization. We will also compare trust and trustworthiness, interpret the impact of having low trust in an organization, recognize characteristics of trustworthy people, and identify trust factors.

In this session, we will identify behaviors that destroy trust as well as behaviors that build trust and its impacts on leaders, teams, and organizations. Participants will also examine the concept of the emotional bank account and its benefits.
