Analytical Thinking Skills
Analytical thinking skills are critical in any role, but they are especially crucial for leaders because they must solve complex problems and make effective decisions for their team and organization. Analytical thinking, or the ability to systematically and logically work through an issue, focuses on using evidence as the basis for decision-making.
In this course, we will identify analytical thinking skills, explore how they impact us, and examine a six-step process of analytical thinking that will lead to effective and objective decision making.
