This course is designed to help leaders understand their role in conflict situations, and how to adapt to the situation to achieve better outcomes. Participants will learn conflict management skills including practical communication techniques, effective listening skills and approaches to avoid escalating problems.

Leaders feel more empowered when they can handle difficult conversations and conflict situations. They are able to tackle conflicts at an early stage if they are familiar with conflict management concepts. In this session, participants will recognize and understand the two types of conflicts, the psychological safety principle, and effective communication methods that help teams to have productive dialogues.
