Developing a Growth Mindset

Those who have a growth mindset believe that they are in control of their own abilities, such as talent and intelligence, and that those abilities can be developed or improved through hard work. Research indicates that leaders can encourage their employees to adopt a growth mindset by changing how they interact with them. Employees with a growth mindset are constantly trying to learn and grow to better themselves. In this course, we will examine the growth mindset, how to teach it, and how to move towards it. We will also differentiate between a growth mindset and a fixed mindset and explore the impact a growth mindset can have on teams and organizations.
