Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in the Workplace

Equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) are at the forefront of the world’s social agenda. There is a critical need to clearly define EDI and engage in meaningful, respectful discourse about its value to the workplace. Moreover, there is an evolving language of diversity that requires awareness, understanding, and skill in the same way as other competencies.

This course serves as a call to conscientiousness. It provides learners with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to gain a comprehensive understanding of EDI. Additionally, it enhances the learner’s ability to speak the language of diversity. Through interactive exercises and real-world scenarios, learners embark on a journey of enlightenment, self-discovery, and self-reflection.
