Ethics in the Workplace
Working in an environment with unethical behavior can have negative consequences on organizational trust, team building, communication, and morale. Sometimes individual character changes are in order, but other times a company needs to systematically change its culture.
In this course, participants will discover how to pinpoint unethical behavior, create a plan for an effective ethics policy, and deal with unethical co-workers. This will lead to building organizational trust, greater integrity when approaching problems, increased respect among workers, and it will establish standards of ethical behavior.

- In this session, we will examine the decision-making processes, the best ways to deal with real-life situations when unethical behavior is happening, and methods to keep yourself consistently ethical.
Ethics Policy

- In this session, we will define and explore an ethics policy and understand why it should be implemented within an organization. Participants will also dive into some real-life ethical dilemmas and practice effective methods to address them.
