- In this session, we will define the purpose and differentiate between development and performance conversations. Participants will identify how development conversations can sometimes turn into a performance conversation, and the effects of it to both the employee and the leader.
Having Development Conversations

- In this session, we will discuss how to have a development conversation by defining and challenging your motives, using the conversation flow method and the Losada Ratio principles.
Avoiding Common Pitfalls

- In this session, we will identify some common pitfalls that lead to having poorly executed development conversations. Participants will also recognize the role and importance of documentation.
