Influence without Authority

It is commonly assumed that only a person with power and authority can influence. However, influencing goes beyond positions of power and encompasses more subtle skills like empathy and active listening.

In this course, you will learn the skills, strategies, and behavior needed to influence others without direct power. You will explore how to demonstrate authenticity and integrity through your interactions with others and how to have a strong sense of self-awareness that lays the groundwork for mastering the art of influence—leading to improved working relationships and increased opportunities to see your ideas grow.
