Servant Leadership is an extremely powerful leadership approach and it is the epitome of selflessness. While other leadership philosophies are fixated on organizational goals, the servant leader remains focused on employee needs to maximize individual development and potential. On the surface, this philosophy might be appear to contradict organizational success. However, by giving employees what they need (such as accountability, nurturing, responsibility, coaching etc.) sustainable organizational success tends to follow. Why Being A Servant Leader Matters

Participants in this session will continue to examine the values and goals of the servant leader through the priorities, principles and practices of a successful servant leader.

How Do I Become A Servant Leader?

In this session, participants will explore how to recognize and draw upon the unique gifts and talents of their employees and determine how they can develop and leverage those talents to benefit the individual and the organization. In addition, participants will explore the Four Leadership Principles and how servant leaders apply them for success.

Servant Leadership Steps and Techniques

This session incorporates the ideas presented in the previous sessions and provides practical tips for applying the concepts into everyday activities. The session ends with a discussion of the foundational idea of the humble, service-oriented, yet action-driven leader, both of which can co-exist and complement each other.
