In this course, we will define stress and its effects, discuss the types of stress we encounter, examine Yerkes-Dodson’s Law of Performance, and explore ways to manage stress effectively.

- In this session, we will examine the effects stress has on us mentally, emotionally, and physically, identify the signs and symptoms of stress, and explore the effects stress can have on performance and motivation.
Managing Your Stress
- February 15, 2024
- In this session, we will determine best practices to manage stress, examine the six-step formula for coping with stress, and identify the Circle of Influence concept.
