- In this session, we will define mindfulness and learn how to practice it. We will also explore why mindfulness in the workplace is so important and what benefits employees receive when they use it.
Mindful Exercises

- In this session, we will identify the exercises that will help you to be mindful. You will discover different practices for mindfulness such as mediation and physical practices. We will also explore how mindfulness-based strategies are built on attention to the present.
Being Mindful in Your Relationships and Workplace

- This session will establish the basis for developing mindfulness in your relationship and in your workplace. We will examine how mindfulness in the workplace helps you to live in the moment and we will explore practical steps to add mindfulness to your relationships.
