Stakeholder Management

Stakeholder management is the process of maintaining good relationships with the people who have the most impact on your work. For effective stakeholder management, we need to create long-term relationships based on trust, integrity, and customer satisfaction with key players involved in the business at any level.  Depending on the way that relationship is managed, the business can experience exponential growth…or its growth could stall or even decline. This is why keeping stakeholders satisfied and meeting business expectations is vital for the success of the business.

In this course, we will explore the stakeholder management process in detail, including the impact of internal and external stakeholders. We will examine the stakeholder analysis matrix, review the significance of an effective communication strategy, and understand the essential nature of planning that enables us to manage risk and shape decisions.
