In this course, you will discover skills, strategies, and behaviors that influence others without using direct power. We will explore how to demonstrate authenticity and integrity through interactions with others and how to have a strong sense of self-awareness. You will then learn how these techniques lead to improved working relationships and increased opportunities to see your ideas grow.

We will also examine how influence is different from controlling and manipulating behavior, identify the skills and techniques of building rapport, and discover ways to improve understanding.
Influence Building and Influence Destroying Behaviors

- To learn the art of influence, we need to develop a series of learnable skills such as conflict resolution, empathy, being proactive, using neutral language, and assessing. In this session, we will identify and explore, in detail, both influence building and influence destroying behaviors. We will also discover how to implement techniques to avoid influence destroying behaviors.
Personality Styles and Versatility
