True Empowerment
Employees want to feel respected and empowered. True empowerment is comprised of knowledge and authority. It is developed through skill and knowledge building, as well as confidence and trust. In this course, we will define empowerment and understand its impact on the organization and its employees through the True Workforce Empowerment Model. We will then explore the Empowerment Relationship Map, and how that is developed through the delegation cycle.

Empowerment Relationship Map

- In this session, we will define and explore the Empowerment Relationship Map, discuss the Directive and Supportive Leader Behaviors, and learn how to apply them in the process of developing others toward empowerment.
Empowerment Through Development

- In this session, participants will examine the Delegation to Development Cycle and how helping people move through the cycle creates the opportunity to develop knowledge, authority, and true empowerment.
