Introduction to Innovation

- In this session, we will define innovation and its impact on an organization. We will differentiate between organizations that have great innovation and those which lack it. We will also explore some of the myths and misconceptions about innovation and identify the multiple intelligence model and its importance.
The Creative Process
- February 20, 2024
- In this session, we will explore the characteristics of creative people and define the stages of the creative process, followed by an overview of innovation implementation.
Innovative Ideas into Action
- February 27, 2024
- Sometimes we struggle to figure out how to turn innovation through creative ideas into action. In this session, we will examine the implementation practices of innovation and why they are the most important part of the process. We will also identify the ACTION concept that helps us to put things into action effectively.
