Uncovering Bias
Bias is something that we all have within us. Biases shape the way we relate to our friends, customers and people around us. Not being aware of our biases can be counterproductive and could create an unhealthy work environment. This course will help build a foundation to recognize and acknowledge individual biases and minimize their impact. We will explore the two most common types of bias and identify skills to address and overcome personal bias.
