Have you ever noticed that some of your co-workers seem to go through work and life with ease, but you feel as though life is a constant struggle and things are not in your favor? The differentiator they practice is mindfulness. Mindfulness is a mental state where your awareness is centered on the present moment.

This course breaks down mindfulness in a comprehensive way by addressing the most important elements of mindfulness, one-by-one. The course offers some valuable mindful practices that will change your life and support your workplace environment, leading to the building of healthy relationships.

Who is the course for?

This course is designed for you to learn mindfulness strategies that will help you to be mindful in your relationships and in your workplace.

Learning Path

In this session, we will define mindfulness and learn how to practice it. We will also explore why mindfulness in the workplace is so important and what benefits employees receive when they use it.

Virtual Session (30 minutes) + Online Journal (15 minutes) + Activity (15 minutes)

In this session, we will identify the exercises that will help you to be mindful. You will discover different practices for mindfulness such as mediation and physical practices. We will also explore how mindfulness-based strategies are built on attention to the present.

This session will establish the basis for developing mindfulness in your relationship and in your workplace. We will examine how mindfulness in the workplace helps you to live in the moment and we will explore practical steps to add mindfulness to your relationships.
