This course strengthens your skills in the following leader behaviors:
Experienced leaders must know how to adapt to the rapidly changing business environment with flexibility and skill to mitigate threats and seize opportunities as they arise. They must know how to lead their teams to work together effectively through a shared vision. In this course, we will explore the five characteristics of an experienced leader and learn to recognize the importance of vision and passion in leadership. Additionally, participants will understand how to critically assess opportunities using Second Level Thinking to make long-term decisions, and they will learn how to better understand and respond to team members’ behaviors and motives.
This course would benefit experienced leaders who seek to better understand the unique challenges managers face in today’s business world, while developing the core skills needed to overcome those challenges and lead effective teams.

In this session, participants will learn the five core components to becoming an experienced leader: Vision, Passion, Second Level Thinking, Managing Others, and Relationships. We will explore how good leaders create and share a vision of the future that resonates with others and we will take part in an activity that will allow us to dive further into that vision.
Virtual Session (30 minutes) + Online Journal (15 minutes) + Activity (15 minutes)
Experienced leaders use passion to attract others to their vision, to generate enthusiasm and participation, and to inspire others to believe that they are capable of accomplishing great things. Similarly, Second Level Thinking enables leaders to make better decisions that give them a much better chance of a positive outcome in the long term. This session will establish these concepts in detail.
Virtual Session (30 minutes) + Online Journal (15 minutes) + Activity (15 minutes)
Leaders must have a comprehensive understanding of their organization’s unique challenges and know how to address problems with particular employees. We will explore how to properly analyze organizational and employee-related challenges in this session. The session will also give leaders valuable tools for effective interaction with employees including problem solving, goal creation, conflict mediation, and methods for managing relationships.
