How the pilot works
You choose ten people who actually manage someone. We run them through one full course: a live 30-minute session each week with a real facilitator, an assignment they complete with their own team between sessions, and a Development Pro who follows up with each of them personally.
What happens at the end
You see attendance, what came back, and what your managers tried. If you want to continue, it's $349 per person per year. If you don't, we're done and you've spent four weeks.
