LEAP 2026 was designed for leaders who want to strengthen how they lead while contributing to something bigger than themselves. This program connects professional growth with community impact through a clear and transparent partnership with March of Dimes.
Your participation helps support healthier starts for moms and babies, while giving you space to reflect, grow, and lead more intentionally.
THE PROGRAM
The LEAP Experience
LEAP 2026 is a six-month cohort experience that includes:
Six full days of in-person workshops in Phoenix
Virtual reinforcement sessions between workshops
360° leadership assessments
One-on-one coaching
Peer learning and facilitated discussion
Leadership tools, reports, and applied project work

The program follows a three-part leadership journey:

Self-awareness and personal leadership
Leading Others
Team dynamics and influence
Leading Organizations
Strategic impact and change
This is not a certification program. It is a practical leadership experience focused on application, reflection, and real-world challenges.
