In this course, we will identify analytical thinking skills, explore how they impact us, and examine a six-step process of analytical thinking that will lead to effective and objective decision making.
In this session, we will define analytical thinking and its importance for you and your organization. Participants will learn the six-step analytical thinking process that is used to reach accurate conclusions when making decisions.
