In this course, we will identify analytical thinking skills, explore how they impact us, and examine a six-step process of analytical thinking that will lead to effective and objective decision-making.

In this module, we will define analytical thinking and its importance for you and your organization. Participants will learn the six-step analytical thinking process that is used to reach accurate conclusions when making decisions.

Analytical Thinking Process, Part 1
In this module, we will examine the first three steps of the six-step analytical thinking process: framing issues, identifying data and collecting data.

Analytical Thinking Process, Part 2
In this module, we will explore the last three steps of the six-step analytical thinking process: analyzing data, sharing analysis and applying analysis.
