Course Overview

Employees with a growth mindset are constantly trying to learn and grow to better themselves. In this course, we will examine the growth mindset, how to teach it, and how to move towards it. We will also differentiate between a growth mindset and a fixed mindset and explore the impact a growth mindset can have on teams and organizations.

In this session, we will define a growth mindset and a fixed mindset. We will also evaluate the difference and analyze the impact both of these mindsets can have on individuals and organizations.

Session 3 - Growth Mindset in Teams and Organizations

In this session, we will explore the impact of developing a growth mindset within our teams and organizations by identifying the guidelines needed to accomplish this and analyzing how to weave the guidelines into your daily life.
