Frequently asked questions

What does it mean to be indispensable at work?

It means becoming a high-value contributor who brings solutions, takes ownership, and builds strong relationships. The course draws a useful line between being indispensable, which is a mindset, and being merely irreplaceable.

What is the difference between being indispensable and being irreplaceable?

Being irreplaceable can trap you in one role, while being indispensable means consistently adding value and taking ownership in a way that grows your influence and career. The first session explores this.

Who is this course for?

Any professional who wants to stand out, future-proof their career, and become the person their team relies on.

How does taking ownership actually work in practice?

The course covers acting like a business owner, using root cause analysis to handle mistakes, and focusing on the metrics and results that matter, so ownership becomes concrete rather than a slogan.

How long is the course?

Four weekly live sessions of about an hour each, facilitator-led, with reflection and activities between sessions.
