Who should take this critical thinking and decision making course?

This course is ideal for managers, team leads, and professionals looking to improve problem-solving and decision-making through structured critical thinking techniques.

Is critical thinking a skill you can actually train?

Yes, critical thinking is a learnable skill, not a fixed trait, which is the whole premise of the course. It builds the habit through curiosity and a step-by-step process that participants practice over five weeks, so people who tend to react quickly under pressure develop a reliable way to stop, think, and decide well.

Is this critical thinking course live, and who is it for?

This is a live virtual course delivered over five weekly sessions of about an hour, built for business leaders and managers who want to make better decisions under pressure. Because it is facilitator-led rather than self-paced video, participants apply the six-step process to their own real decisions during the sessions, and a team can start with a free trial session.
