Learning Path

Session 1 - What Is Mindfulness?

In this session, we will define mindfulness and learn how to practice it. We will also explore why mindfulness in the workplace is so important and what benefits employees receive when they use it.

Session 2 - Mindful Exercises

Session 3 - Being Mindful in Your Relationships and Workplace
