In this course, we will explore the five characteristics of an experienced leader and learn to recognize the importance of vision and passion in leadership. Additionally, participants will understand how to critically assess opportunities using Second Level Thinking to make long-term decisions, and they will learn how to better understand and respond to team members’ behaviors and motives.
In this session, participants will learn the five core components to becoming an experienced leader: Vision, Passion, Second Level Thinking, Managing Others, and Relationships. We will explore how good leaders create and share a vision of the future that resonates with others and we will take part in an activity that will allow us to dive further into that vision.

Second Level Thinking enables leaders to make better decisions that give them a much better chance of a positive outcome in the long term. By exploring the cause-and-effect of our everyday decisions, we can see how Second Level Thinking must have a foundation in our vision for lasting success.
