In this session, we will introduce Indigo the Influencer and explore his multiple superpowers that he uses to influence others. Throughout this session, you will explore how to utilize these same superpowers to become a more versatile influencer.

Communication as a Key to Influence
We need to understand natural reactions to change in order to influence others effectively. During this session, we will explore a foundational change management approach that we can implement during our influence efforts.

Influencing Change
There are four major personality styles that impact interaction among employees within the workplace. During this session, we will explore how personality style impacts our ability to influence others.

Leveraging Social Capital
You do not need to influence everyone in the organization! You need to influence a select group of people and leverage their social capital. By understand the social leaders in your organization, you can move faster and have more impact.
