Not being aware of our biases can be counterproductive and could create an unhealthy work environment. This course will help build a foundation to recognize and acknowledge individual biases and minimize their impact. We will explore the two most common types of bias and identify skills to address and overcome personal bias.
In this session, we will define bias and its impact within the organization and relationships. Participants will learn how to recognize their biases and identify different characteristics, situations and groups that are subject to biases.
