Equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) are at the forefront of the world’s social agenda. In this session, we will define Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and recognize its value and benefits. We will also explore the value and benefits of a multicultural workplace.

Session 2 - Understanding Bias

In this session, we will explore the concept of bias, learn the types of bias, and understand how bias influences our thoughts and behaviors.

Session 3 - The Language of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

In this session, we will identify the history behind commonly used divisive language, examine how conflict arises from negative language and behaviors, and determine how to build bridges to meaningful, healthy relationships through positive conversations and behaviors.

Session 4 - Be Part of the Solution

In this session, we will define how to cultivate an EDI mindset among ourselves and our coworkers. We will also explore how to develop an inward mindset and how to speak up and speak out effectively.
