Frequently asked questions

How do you build a culture of trust at work?

You start by naming the specific behaviors that build trust and the ones that quietly destroy it, then practice the first and remove the second across the team. The course walks through both and how to make trust the norm.

Can trust be rebuilt after it is broken?

Yes. The course covers methods for restoring trust once it has been damaged, which is often the hardest and most-needed part for a team that has been through conflict or change.

Why does trust matter for performance?

Low-trust teams move slowly, hold back, and get political, while high-trust teams communicate openly and get more done. Trust is the link that makes collaboration actually work.

Who is this course for?

Leaders who want a more open, accountable, and productive environment and who are willing to model the behaviors that create it.

How long is it?

Three weekly live sessions of about an hour each, facilitator-led, with practice between sessions.
