Employees want to feel respected and empowered. True empowerment starts with development, which begins with building employees’ skills and confidence. In this course, we will define empowerment and understand its impact on the organization and its employees. We will then explore the Empowerment Relationship Map, the True Workforce Empowerment Model, and the four types of empowerment.
This course is ideal for any leader who wants their employees to be more productive, embrace change and be committed. This course will provide participants with the necessary insights to empower their employees.

In this session, we will discuss how empowering people will yield better results. We will explore the Development to Delegate Cycle first, because the development of employee skills always comes before empowerment. Then, we will explore the Empowerment Relationship Map and True Workforce Empowerment Model.

In this session, we will define and explore the Empowerment Relationship Map, examine the Directive and Supportive Leader Behavior Matrices, and identify the supportive behaviors of each quadrant.

In this session, participants will examine the True Workforce Empowerment Model. Within this model, participants will differentiate between blind empowerment, disempowerment, constrained empowerment and true empowerment.
